ARENA EMDR
Individual therapy
FOCUSED INTENSIVES
1 or 2 sessions are held each day on consecutive days, with an average of 10-12 hours total. Each package is tailored to the individual and presenting concern(s). These intensives include a clinical consultation prior to the first session and follow up 4-6 weeks after conclusion.
Eachession length ranges from 90 minutes to 2.5 hours. Treatment and discharge planning begins at the first session, with continuous assessment of progress.
Because of the time set aside, a deposit is required.
CONSULTATION
A 30 minute clinical consultation is offered at no charge to help you decide whether Arena EMDR is a good option for you.
INITIAL INTRODUCTORY SESSIONS
At the conclusion of an initial introductory session, clients who decide to continue will be offered the option of paying the full rate for the single session or selecting a package rate.
CUMULATIVE or ONGOING SESSIONS
Different activities and exercises are used for each session and will build upon prior sessions. 60 minute sessions are offered in packages of 3, 5 or 7 sessions
INTERMITTENT INTENSIVES
These are offered as longer sessions, typically from 90 minutes to 2.5 hours, set up with several days in between.
Treatment and discharge planning begins at the first session and is continuously reviewed.
ARENA THERAPY
Family and Couples Therapy
An experiential approach to help you meet your goals together
This indirect approach uses a variety of ground exercises and interactions with the horses that allow you to explore patterns of coping, interacting, communicating & resolving conflict. This type of therapy involves less direct discussion focused on the “problem” and more exploratory conversation that helps you discover insights that will lead to strategies and solutions that work best for you.

Cost of care
Our goal is to provide efficient and effective services that are the best fit and value for you. Insurance companies typically limit the amount of time that is spent in one session. They also do not cover animal assisted therapies. This means that most of our services are offered on a private pay basis.
All services include a licensed mental heath professional and certified equine specialist with highly specialized experience and training, along with the horses that receive excellent care in order to be partners in the healing process. The cost of services range from $300-375/hour, depending on prioritized populations, package discounts, or current promotions.
Superbills will be provided upon request.
