1 or 2 sessions are held each day on consecutive days, with an average of 10-12 hours total.  Each package is tailored to the individual and presenting concern(s).  

A 30  minute clinical consultation is offered at no charge to help you decide whether Arena EMDR is a good option for you.

Arena EMDR is offered as an individual therapy with 60 minute sessions held weekly or at intervals that are determined to work best for you.

These are offered as longer sessions, typically from 90 minutes to 2.5 hours, with several days in between.   

Introductory sessions and multi-session packages are available.

Starting with a consultation and initial assessment of needs and goals, we will work with your leadership team to engage them in an action-oriented, experiential format.  Participants will learn about communication, accountability, and other aspects of leadership that will help your organization develop the culture you want and meet its goals.
